It feels like I’m swimming in images from my trip to Europe and somehow I wished I had shot even more (not possible). I’m so excited to share but can hardly figure out how to bundle it all up. I’m busy getting shoots out to clients first but in the meantime enjoy this triptych of Elsa. She had more energy during our trip than all of us combined; climbing, hopping, and flipping her way through the Loire Valley chateaus. I wish I had an ounce of her energy, don’t you?

Thanks to everyone who was patient while I was out of the studio for most of August and September. I’m back home now and catching up as quickly as possible.

My sessions are nearly 100% booked through the end of this year. I have a few weekday spots in November. The great news is that we still have weekends and weekdays open for the holiday season in LA, New York, and with my associate photographers here in San Francisco. Look who I got to chat with yesterday; my sister, niece and mom. They are all the way across the country in Pennsylvania. Aren’t they so cute? Oh boy, I miss them!

It’s been SUPER CRAZY over here at Modern Kids. Apologies to anyone who is waiting on an email from me. We had four shoots this weekend between two of us (Eugenia shot this weekend, yay!). I’m trying to squeeze in a few more spots for the holidays – I only have weekday availability left but Jenna will have some weekend spots in San Francisco if you book asap. I promise to post a few recent shoots. It gets crazy this time of year so I want to make sure I’m still sharing a bit with you! Last year I forgot to blog so many great shoots and I’m trying to remedy that this year. I’ll have to sleep a little less in the next month!

Finally, here’s a good mornin’ photo from my niece Elsa all the way in Philadelphia. She has this adorable habit of dropping the ‘ing off of many common words. There’s nothing cuter than a 3.5 year old saying Good Mornin!!

p.s. I totally condone cell phone photos of your kids (just as long as you use a real camera or hire someone like me from time to time)!
