Wow. It’s been a bit crazy over here. I’m sincerely sorry if you’re waiting to hear back from me via email, phone, or smoke signal. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind with portrait and commercial kids shoots nearly every day and very little down time to catch up on email. Please forgive my delay. I’ll be attempting to catch up today and throughout the weekend.

If you don’t believe me. Here’s a screen grab of some images I have done in the last few weeks and months. I pulled a bunch of my favorite images for a Polish publication called Camerapixo who is writing an article about me and Modern Kids Photography. I’m reminded how little I’ve shared on the blog and how many folders I have of truly beautiful families. I hope to unearth those soon. In the meantime, enjoy!

I’m playing catch-up today after being out of the studio for five days but I had to share a few images from our shoot with Dwell Magazine at DwellonDesign, Los Angeles, 2010. We were a part of the Modern Family Zone and photographed close to 200 kids and families. Enjoy a few of my favorites. Also a big thanks to Stephanie for helping to shoot the event with me!

I love my job. I had such an incredibly fun and busy weekend. Here’s what my weekend looked like; two sets of twins, a family that made the yummiest breakfast I’ve seen in a long time, and an extended family of ten! Hope you had a lovely weekend full of smiles as well.

It’s been so busy over here with non-stop shooting, placing orders, and bookmaking. In fact I’m headed out the door in a few moments to do a family session. We are starting in Noe Valley and jumping on the train to the Ferry Building and Taylor’s Refresher…so very San Francisco and so very fun!

Nevertheless, I was downloading a few cards this morning and thought I’d share two images from yesterday’s shoot in San Francisco with little Sarah Louise. I was so smitten with little tiny pearls and her absolutely endearing personality. A quick thanks to her mom and dad for a fun morning! I promise to share a ton more shoots soon!

Just a few frames from Lucian’s third shoot this year (as part of his Year in the Life Session). We had great weather, a cooperative little one, and blue bottle coffee (my absolute favorite coffee). Thanks so much to Julie, Matt, and Lucian for another great shoot. Oh and to Ms. Eugenia for assisting (Lucian had a crush on her)!

Have you been to the Hayes Valley Blue Bottle? I can’t resist their New Orleans style iced coffee even if I’m already over my coffee-limit for the day.
