Welcome back from your trip! I hope you had a great time. These photos are so great! I’m excited to show them off on our new site. By the way, I love the rocking sheep and their mullets, especially the pink one.  This little lady is bringing such a big smile to my face. I can’t wait to share with her mom and dad. Enjoy! p.s. Umm, where’s the ‘like’ button?  This guy makes me smile so very much. I can’t get enough of those cheeks! Stay tuned for more.  Hello again. I’m sitting in my sister-in-law’s house in Southern Illinois, having finally come up for air after an incredibly busy season. Thanks again to all of the amazing families and kids I worked with this year. I can’t believe the year went by so quickly. It was my first full year in business and it was way more exciting, challenging, chaotic, and fun than I could have ever imagined. I re-branded in the beginning of the year to Modern Kids Photography, got a tiny but totally sufficient studio of my own, worked with tons of great assistants, spent long nights in the studio (apologies to my husband), and had so much fun photographing all of the country. Wow – amazing shots! Eve is so expressive and I continue to be blown away by your ability to magically capture all these great moments in peoples’ lives…  Wow. It’s been a much busier season than I would have ever expected. I’m so grateful for all of the business this year and most importantly getting to spend time with so many amazing kids and famillies. This week I’m shooting in Chicago and St. Louis and then back to San Francisco for the a bunch more shoots before the end of the holiday season.
