They are the Margot Tenenbaum version of girl-scout badges Mmm, I like badges. Maybe it’s the ex-Girl Scout in me? These are really precious. ![]() Oftentimes rugs are sourced at the last moment to compliment an already inspired kids room design. Why not get inspired from the ground up and build a room around a rug? I recently saw these gorgeous and unusual designs by Mangus in Spain (#7 below) and thought I’d throw together a few other fun options for kids. The last six options are budget friendly. ![]() Last Summer Joe and I were walking through Hayes Valley, one of our favorite SF neighborhoods. We encountered a woman sitting at a little desk, selling her artwork. I bought a few tiny original drawings from her. She told me she collaborates on every piece through the name Scuba Art Collective. I just loved those tiny drawings and thought about their work several times over the last few months but had forgotten their name. |
